Our Story
I began making bread 10 years ago as a hobby that became a passion, studying and learning a wealth of baking techniques from around the world. I run Wapping Sourdough with my wife Clare who manages the marketing, packaging and delivery sides of the business. Since 2005 we have been regularly making bread and other foods for local charities and large scale social events. In response to the feedback and requests from this work, we felt that the demand for Sourdough was sufficient to sustain an organic home bakery in Wapping.

At the current time we offer a home delivery service which accounts for our main customer base and can be found at the stalls below in London.

Fridays: St Katharine Dock food market
Saturdays: Partridges Food market on the Kings Road, Chelsea
First Wednesday of every month: One New Change, City of London, EC4M 9AF
